Special Session during ISCAS 2006

The special session "Advances in semantic multimedia analysis for personalised content access" brings together researchers and practitioners in the semantic multimedia analysis and personalisation domains in order to present a highly informative summary of the state of the art in this novel, emerging field. Special focus is on user benefits of semantic multimedia in creating new applications, and especially in enabling users to gain greater enjoyment from multimedia services.
